On September of 2005, the business started as a custom made jewelry as a result of a customer necessity. Since then the designer has cultivated and put all of her love, passion, and creativity to each piece. Her goal is that each person who wears her pieces becomes the sensation of any occasion by wearing something that brings out and highlights their personality. The designer is inspired by her native country, and by each woman who plays different roles in every day life. Depending on the occasion women will need nice jewelry and accessories. If the product is on stock, we will ship the next day. If the product is not on stock, will takes two weeks to ship it. Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Returns & Exchanges All returns have to be authorized by Lili Daliessio Designs. Please do not send any merchandise back without contacting us. Email: lilidaliessiodesigns@yahoo.com Phone: 610.800.6583 Returned items can be exchanged for anything from our online store within 14 days of the day of original purchase. Customer is responsible for shipping order back to our warehouse. Returned merchandise must not be worn, washed, or altered and have all tags attached to it. CANCELLATIONS Orders cancelled before shipping out are subject to a fee of 5 dollars (US funds) per item.
LIMIT OF LIABILITY All merchandise contained on our site is sold under the condition that we cannot guarantee the user freedom from injury. The user assumes all risks related to the use of the merchandise.
We will repair the jewelry one time only without charge if the damage is consider from defective handcrafted. We will have to aprove the repair and the shipping will be paid for the customer.
